Current 2016 NFBC ADPs: Top 100

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Tue Jan 05, 2016 10:17 am

Once you sign up for a 2016 NFBC team you have access to the current ADPs. So far we have had 12 finished Draft Champions Leagues, so those are the only ADPs on the site. Once we get rolling with the Cutline Championship, another set of 10-team ADPs will appear. These are great guides to the early player pool.

Again, to see these latest ADPs all you have to do is sign up for any 2016 NFBC team. They are located under Stats in the green navigational bar and then pull down to NFBC ADPs. Enjoy.

Here's a look at the current Top 100, with lowest draft pick of each player so far along with their highest pick. Any thoughts on these?

Now that he has been signed, where do you think Kenta Maeda will start falling in draft slots ?

Shockingly tight consensus on MadBum:

#29 Madison Bumgarner (P, SF) 29.5 26 33

No one has liked him enough to grab him mid-2nd, nor has a group been down on him enough to let him slip past early 3rd.

Loving the placement of Ryan Braun and David Price. Just do not understand the Carlos Correa, AJ Pollack and Dee Gordon love

Although it wasn't all in the majors, Correa went 30/30 with a sustainable BABIP and HR/FB rate. And he's a shortstop.

I would disagree that he is likely to repeat a 25% HR/F, but his position definitely plays to his advantage.

I'm very surprised to see that M. Franco of the Phillies isn't on the top 100 list.
Yes, the team is bad.
But this guy looks like he can play.

Love all 3. I can see Dee Gordon taking a step backwards with regards to BA, but with steals becoming a lot harder to find and you have a guy who will steal 55-60 or more, hit over .300, and he is a middle infielder, he is worth his early 2nd round ADP. He doesn't drive in runs and has not scored a lot of runs, but I have a feeling he will reach 100 runs scored or more in 2016. Taking Gordon gives you an instant lead in steals that very few other players can give you in any category, without hurting you elsewhere. He allows you a lot of flexibility with the remainder of your draft without worrying about steals.
