If it is anything like last Saturday's auction you can throw the values out the window. The auction format is so much more exciting. Snake drafts are like walking down a road and auction drafts are like riding a crotchrocket motorcycle down that same road at 150 mph.

Mark, I'm surprised you're actually even paying them for the extra hours. I figured you'd have them on straight salary no matter how many hours (likely 80+ per week) you had them working.

i got two guys that said they would be potential last minute fill ins(they would tell me Saturday) if we aren't full by then so I am not worried about it not filling...but they prefer to have someone else take it before then..so still one spot open
