We run the auction on RTSports. It's pretty seamless so long as you use Google Chrome or Firefox. There are issues with Internet Explorer - at least there were last season.

We then pass the results along to STATS and they load the teams and from there, it's handled just like every other NFBC league.

Expect about a 5-hour auction with another 30-45 minutes to do the reserves. We'll start out fairly slow in terms of nomination and bid time then pick things up once the newcomers get accustomed to the room. Everyone will have my number(s) so if there is any technical issue, an immediate call gets the auction paused and we get everyone back on-line. We haven't had to worry about this so far.
