RT Sports making auction room upgrades with our feedback!

We have established a relationship with their tech department and tonight during our auction we are testing out the solution to the previous issue of only being able to see 12 teams listed on the auction room page.......this was a pain point for those that have auctioned so far....i see the ability to scroll now but I am also interested in the scroll moves itself during bids by teams 13-15. We will find out tonight

They are willing to look at items we have brought up during drafts so thats a great thing.

They will also try and get to a way we can do the reserve rounds in a faab draft using their tool as well after the auction concludes. That wont be in place tonight but its something they are starting to test out.

We appreciate their partnership!

there is a message that comes up when you bid less than the current bid that you have to manually click off, which has caused enough of a delay to not get the next bid in...maybe just a not clickable message under the bid button would suffice?

ELL appears to be back on track!

Loved the site. Small issues are not being able to see every team on the top bar - especially if it your
own team.

You need to be careful when hitting the BID button as it can sometime's raise you several dollars OVER
what you expect.

I suggest you ALWAYS have a player you want in the queue because if you are not careful, if you don't list your
player/bid in the necessary timeframe you could get stuck nominating via the computer and it may be an injured
player etc.

Small things - overall great experience

you can scroll back and forth now to see all 15 teams but you cant see them all on one page..the scroll def works

also they are working on once you nominate from queue.....the queue goes away and you dont have to take an extra step to close the queue. this was an issue where you would nominate from your queue but would have to close queue before you bid the $ amount. the close queue part will now happen on its on in this case which should give you more time to complete nomination.

not sure they can do anything about the bid up accident with an online bid function but they are looking at ways to improve that experience too including what mudster said

I am fairly certain that I recall the queued players not disappearing as they were taken. That would be a great upgrade because I had a huge queue set up and had to go through and manually delete all of the taken players.

It's great to see them encouraging customer feedback. That collaborative attitude has served the NFBC very well.

If we send them the proper sound bites, I wonder if they'll change the auctioneer to Brady's voice.

When nominating from queue as soon as you click the plus button the queue goes away now you don't have to do the extra click of closing the queue. This should save some time on nominations
