Top-5 Over-drafted players

Carlos Correa - ME ADP - 5.9 (He'll probably be better than Addison Russell.)
Dee Gordon - ME ADP - 21.1 (Hey, watch me do this one thing.)
Yasiel Puig - ME ADP - 69.2 (Just get an elite closer, instead.)
Ken Giles - ME ADP - 98.7 (Don't confuse this guy for an elite closer, though.)
Jacoby Ellsbury - ME ADP - 124.7 (Let it go.)

Top-5 Under-drafted players

Josh Reddick - ME ADP - 207.4 (There is no excuse for him not being on my team.)
Dallas Keuchel - ME ADP - 41.1 (Automatic)
Chris Archer - ME ADP - 43.8 (Might win the Cy Young.)
Brett Lawrie - ME ADP - 213.9 (30 ADP spots below Matt Duffy?)
Hector Santiago - ME ADP - 317.7 (This year's Dallas Keuchel.)
Mired in a 5 for 28 slump, Correa has been benched on a Sunday afternoon game just 2 weeks into the season.

That said, he has been better than Addison Russell. ;)

For those who inquired, Marte was rested to make sure his hand was perfect. Goldy was given a maintenance day off due to immense respect, but Correa was benched 2 weeks into the season.

Marwin Gonzalez is now batting .500 on days Correa sits. This may become a trend.

Gekko, what are you waiting for? I'm hearing lullabies for Correa...

Last 30 days comp:

Carlos Correa - .253, 2 HR, 13 Runs, 11 RBI, 3 SB
Freddy Galvis - .247, 3 HR, 12 Runs, 14 RBI, 2 SB

At least Alan won't have to pickup Iglesius, I'm sure Galvis is available.

I'm not ready to bury Correa yet. He hasn't been a top 10 pick but he hasn't been awful. "Automatic" Dallas Keuchel and "Cy Young winner" Chris Archer? Now that's awful. you are amazingly average knucklehead. But keep hi fiving yourself with your average predictions  .

Hasn't been awful? :?

Correa Games 1 & 2 : .556, 3 HR, 4 Runs, 4 RBI, 2 SB
Correa 34 Games Since: .248, 2 HR, 15 Runs, 13 RBI, 3 SB

Correa statistically compares to Freddy Galvis...How is that not awful?

Archer has had 3 bad starts and Keuchel has had 4 bad starts. It's too early to grade those predictions. What it's not too early to do is admit that Correa was a horrible first-round pick. Until you admit you have a problem, you can't correct it.

I consider anyone who drafted Correa in the first round of the ME unfit to analyze my predictions. 8-)

Funny how much attention on Correa when Goldy has been far worse. Stanton lower on the player rater too.

And the 'terrible' start from Correa still has him as a 20/20 player.

That's because we all know what Goldschmidt does across an entire season.

Nobody knows what Correa does across the whole season, which is the point so many people missed in the during the first 10 picks of their ME drafts this year.

Nobody missed that. They just bought into the upside at a position of scarcity. I still think he'll be 30/20 with an average north of .270 and that will definitely be first round value.
