Blake Snell

I'll sorta beat Gekko to the punch here....although this is sans the large big, bold type, selling stats, and dollar signs. :D

Blake Snell is now scheduled to face the Yankees tomorrow. Snell rose up from A to AAA last year in being one of the best pitchers in the minors. Everybody knows about him as he was drafted as early as the 16th round by some drafters in DC Championship drafts.
However, Snell became a luxury that most Main Eventers had to pass on with a short bench.

With a stellar performance against the Yankees, what does he go for in FAAB?

If pitching six innings, giving up two runs, and striking out seven, I believe it'll be bids from above $200 to bids above $500.
Thoughts?
(Hurry, before Gekko gets here :D )

Anything less than 1000 is giving him away. ;)

I hope Jose Berrios is next. The Twins can call him without any service time penalty now.

A nice feature of Cutline - the only place you'll get his first start. :) If it's worthwhile, anyway.

USA Today Fantasy reporting that Snell goes back down after this start.

That matters a little bit.
Although with a good start, it'll make it tough on them.
For our purposes, he'll be rostered in all league's and this will be the only chance to get him.
It should be interesting at the least.

Hopefully he's still on the roster sunday am.
