Reyes suspended until May 31st.

When do we see Reyes back on the field>? Will he Play? Does Story move over to another position?

1. story is not going anywhere.
2. reyes only plays in the big if he gets traded
3. earliest/bestcase he can play in bigs is mid/late june

So how much does he go for in FAAB in leagues he isn't owned?

For what it's worth (nothing) I think he is traded very soon.

I would think so. There are several teams who will be open to a trade I'm sure.

Why? He turns 33 next month. He's declining badly in all phases and he's owed $22M each of the next three years. You're also going to take a PR hit for acquiring him and assume the risk of a much longer suspension if he gets arrested again. Who needs a shortstop that badly?
