Regular Season Prizes Plan For The Cutline

We are working to get the regular season prize checks for the Cutline sent out in August. Here's the plan for prize checks to go out:

ALL prize winners MUST submit the Online W9 form on your team page under the Settings menu tab. You only do not have to submit this form if you have won prizes from us in the NFBC, NFFC or NFBKC contests in the last six years and have not changed your address in that time. It is recommended, though, that you submit the form just to be on the safe side even if you have submitted the form previously.

Shared prize forms are available. Email me at [email protected] to get the form. All forms must be emailed back to me no later than Aug. 8.
