SOLD OUT: $150 Draft Champions 4-Hour League

There seems to be increased demand this year for our Draft Champions format, so let's see if we can appease as many folks as possible in this format. I think there are a couple of ways we can do this.
First of all, thanks to Mike Massotto and Dan Kenyon for organizing and running those FAST Draft Champions Leagues. Those babies are DCs on steroids as those owners get through about 10 rounds a day and finish a league in 5-6 days. It's pretty amazing to watch and it wouldn't go as smoothly without their help. Anyone who wants that experience stay tuned because I'm sure there will be one or two more of those FAST drafts before Opening Day. Again, kudos to Mike and Dan for organizing them.
But I think there are other owners who would like a mix between those FAST drafts and our sometimes too slow DCs. The 8-Hour DCs average about 2-3 rounds per day and take 21 days or more to complete. We realize that this format may be too slow and maddening for some, so we have offered DCs at 4 hours per pick, but probably haven't pushed those the right way so far. Let's see if we can remedy that.
I'd like to offer a faster version of our DCs each week for those who will be ready to draft when they are on the clock and are willing to get through 4-5 rounds per day. We'll put the clock at 4 hours, but these leagues are for owners who know how to use the 1-Round Auto and Que. We can roll back the clock to 8 hours overnite if that helps as well. We won't have one owner texting everyone like Mike and Dan do, but anyone signing up for this format has to realize that when they are on the clock they are expected to have their Que ready and a pick made in a reasonable time. Cruising through a couple of rounds during the evening hours (6-10 pm ET) is also expected.
Hopefully we can fill at least one league per week as an alternative to those DCs that folks have grown frustrated by. Here's your format for veterans who want to get through the player pool faster than we're seeing now.
Sign up online for the $150 Draft Champions (4 Hours) (it's at the bottom of the Regstration link) or contact me at [email protected] and I'll get you signed up. I think once we get this faster version rolling that we'll have a better experience for some of you who don't want to spend 21 days on one draft. Again, let's plan on getting through these in 10 days or less. If that suits your schedule, then help us fill these and push these going forward.
Mike And Dan can still fill FAST DCs going forward for the die-hards who really love that quick format. But we think there's an in-between option as well that will appeal to owners who want more than 1-2 picks per day. This is it.

We also are going to offer more Draft Champions Express Leagues as we get closer to Opening Day. We found last year that these offerings filled every day of the week as we got closer to Opening Day. In January and February we will offer these every Friday and Sunday night, but after March 15th look for offerings during the week as well. We know these are popular ways to learn the player pool in a hurry and to fight for this $28,000 grand prize, so look for a heavier schedule of DC Express leagues this year. That format at 1 minute per pick deserves more offerings going forward.
We're bullish on the DCs this year and so are you. I see another record year of participants lying ahead, so let's make sure we're giving you more than just the slow 8-hour variety. Let's form these around your schedules and make them even more enjoyable for you. Thanks all.
