Clean up ADP

Can we please get the ADP cleaned up of all the place holders and the names of players in these place holders. TX!

The ADP page still has the STATS logo rather than the SportsHUB one.

As we replace the Holders these will disappear. The top Placeholder in the ADP is 508th, so we have most of them but we've missed a few. Anyone who still has a Holder on their early Draft Champions roster email me at [email protected] and I'll replace your Holder. Again, once we replace their names the ADPs will generate the right data and the Holders will disappear that way.
