Does Counsell understand Sogard will not continue hitting like he has and as a manager his job is to put the best players on the field to help give his team the best chance to win?

I think Sogard reminds Counsell of himself. Villar is frustrating to any manager. Lots of errors. Lots of bone-headed plays. Should have just kept Scooter!!
