The reason I love fantasy baseball

I played fantasy football for about 15 years until finally getting involved in fantasy baseball this year and signing up for a couple of main event teams.
I did some quick match yesterday and realized that if I'd drafted Aaron Judge instead of Jason Heyward in the 19th round, my team would have roughly an extra 350 points in the main event and would be 1st by a decent margin instead of 4th. I figured that was pretty normal because Judge is having a tremendous year and anyone who drafted him is getting a huge boost.
I found it really interesting though that only 2 of the top 16 overall teams in the main event actually have Judge on their roster. Not to criticize fantasy football because I still like it and still play it but in all major contests last season, the teams that did well are ones that had David Johnson or Le'veon Bell on their roster if not both.
I love how there's so many ways for a team to do well and that you don't necessarily have to get lucky on one player to win a championship or the other way around that if you get unlucky with your first or second round pick, you're automatically done.
