Longo

Whoever had Evan Longoria as the veteran who will have his numbers depressed by a move to San Francisco, please come down and collect your free ham. I know the Trop isn't an offensive mecca, but it plays fairly neutral for RHB.

IMO, the Giants are kidding themselves. They didn't give up a lot here, but they're still depleting an already weak farm system.

So, now both Florida teams have traded the best player in their respective franchise history in the last couple of weeks.

The Orioles and those that drafted Zach Britton in early drafts aren't thrilled about his news either.....

The guy beat me to Brad Brach the other day can see a small silver lining, though. ;)

He was the next name in my queue. I actually took Tapia first because I thought you might be eyeballing him.

And I was :D

Sometimes, I think it is a dirty rotten shame that we can't take two players with one pick!

As a Giant fan I'm underwhelmed.

A small consolation is that I have Arroyo in my first draft. I don't think he has the power for a corner though.

You just made me feel a lot better, Dough.

I was stockpiling all the third tier offensive prospects from the Rocks in that draft. 8-)
