At the end of this week, we will award the first autographed memorabilia piece to an NFBC owner or co-manager as part of our Steiner Sports Weekly Poll. The item is a Johnny Podres autographed 8x10 photo, valued at $49. You don't have to participate in the poll to win the prize, but if you feel like participating we'd be interested to know which player or players will make or break your NFBC season in 2004.
Our last poll was up a couple of weeks, but it showed that most NFBC members were worried about Gary Sheffield's spring training injury. The results of the poll, which asked "which spring training injury has you most concerned," are as follows:
31% - Gary Sheffield
16% - Phil Nevin
16% - Luis Gonzalez
14% - Mike Lowell
12% - Others
11% - Johan Santana
Thanks to everyone who participated.

Steiner Sports Question of the Week
Mark Prior. If he comes back strong, I have a solid 1-2 with Mussina in the front of my rotation. A protracted absence could weaken my pitching strength to middle of the pack.
