If this does not fill, when will it be cancelled? The day of the draft?

No, we will make a call on that beforehand. Filling it alone in Chicago looks tough. Last year we combined Chicago with another city and still held it live in Chicago. That's always a possibility if New York and/or Chicago gets enough interest to form a league of 12. Sound good?
