My Awesome Solution for BBDS!!!

This just hit me and I think it would please everybody! The main argument against using FAAB for draft spots is that it would cause disruption between leagues. I don't know if it's true or not, but the perception is there and that is a reality onto itself.
HERE IS THE OBVIOUS SOLUTION: Have a SEPARATE BBDS bid pool that is used ONLY for bidding on the draft slots and would not affect the regular season. You would have 1000 bid dollars just for this one and only purpose. You would allocate these 1000 dollars across all 15 spaces, but would be required to make each of your 15 bids a different amount. (This makes ties easier to break, but hold on. I don't want to get ahead of myself!)
The screen would look like it does now, starting with the 1st slot, 2nd slot, etc. To the right of that draft hole you would place your bid. If someone wanted to max out on 1, It might look like this:
1: $895
2: 1
3: 2
4: 3
5: 4
6: 5
7: 6
8: 7
9: 8
10: 9
11: 10
12: 11
13: 12
14: 13
15: 14
All 1000 bid dollars would be used. You would be able to control your own destiny and no league would be affected. All the best elements of BBDS would still apply (including lots of strategy on how to best allocate the money!), but there would be no negatives. (At least NONE that I can see!!)
THE BIG QUESTION: How do you break ties??? I propose the solution that would be the most beneficial for the contest: The earlier you sign up, the earlier your tie-break. This would encourage early signups and help Greg and Tom, in addition to rewarding regulars who are willing to step up and commit to to the NFBC.
Is this as great as I think it is?? Let me know!
