We Need a LIVE Helpline or chat
We need some kind of live chat or helpline that is staffed on Free Agent days and any other critical days/times like a few hours before lineups are due on Mondays. Contest Lobby (or something similar) would probably work fine for this. Email isn't ideal when you need a rather prompt response. And other users can probably even answer a number of questions that owners have. But we have no format to do that. Or do we?

I guess the Countdown Lobby is a good spot for that. I'll alert Darik and Tom to be on the ready there for questions. That Live Chat roll seems to work good for something like this.
