Last night...first to third on a single...to LEFT FIELD...in less than 5.4 seconds...reaching a speed of 30.3 feet per second...Byron Buxton is the Major League leader with an average sprint speed of 30.5 feet per second.

Today going yard on Homer Baily...over 410 feet on a buggy whip swing. YumYum....

For those that invested in Acuna, good news. Did anyone have him in this week?

Yes, was speculating on tues or wed call-up and didn't want to miss potential great series vs Red pitchers.
Just missed a 3R HR on first AB yesterday.

I wasn't expecting it, though he had been connecting well on the Strip"p"ers recent road trip, because Tucker had still been playing pretty well. Man, Acuna just looks GOOD....

He looks pretty confident today as he's 3-for-4 with a single, a homer and a double. It might be time to put him ahead of Kurt Suzuki in the batting order!! And ahead of Nick Markakis, which would have him batting cleanup. That's a pretty good top of the order with Inciarte, Albies, Freeman and Acuna.

Confidence is definitely not a problem for him.

Acuna Matata for braves hitting. Ender setting the table with 10 steals! Maybe Young having some influence here. If you don’t have Albies on a fantasy team this year, you’re missing out (or maybe you have Didi in your infield and your Albies-less team is just fine). Freeman appears to have 2 healthy wrists right now. As much as Markakis gets bashed, he’s got 15 RBIs, more Walks than Ks and hitting over .300. Not your typical 4 hitter but this is a difficult top of the order for pitchers.

Nats are struggling.... Mets had the great start and the “big 5” in their rotation for a brief moment but after Thor and degrom, who are they counting on? 4-6 now in their last 10. This is a 4 team race right now. About 7 months ago, the Marlins were in second place and the Mets, Braves, and Phillies were 25, 27, and 31 games behind the Nats to end the season. The Nats barring injury will rise up the standings with their pitching and the Braves will likely fall out of contention but it’s fun to see a 4 team battle in the east right now.
