Nice deal for Cosley. If I knew that I could get two teams in one draft, I would have bit the bullet and signed up for this one as well.
I felt with my two entries it would improve everyone else's odds of having the overall DC champion come out of this league. ;)

I informed the powers that be that I was listed twice so my second entry is null & void & should removed. Given the vast sums of money I anticipate winning in 2019, I needed to have my prior entry voided & re-entered for payment in 2019 which likely resulted in the second listing on the sign-up list. I'm not even sure how many entries we have at this point. Rob Giese emailed me & Greg that he wants in on the league and, as I stated earlier, since he was in the league but bowed out at the last minute for Max last year that he should have a super priority claim to entry the same as a prior owner. However, Greg ignored that rather important detail and gave the spots to Feschuk & Reed. Apparently, last year's owners had until Dec. 31st to reclaim their spots otherwise it was open on a first come, first serve basis. That was a rather arbitrary deadline in my opinion imposed by the powers that be that no one explicitly agree to. And nothing against Feschuk & Reed as I was in another $400 DC with them & they seem to be eminently qualified & solid drafters (read: quick & engaged) & would be solid additions to the league, however, since this is considered a "private" league hosted by the NFBC, we (read: MAX) should dictate the rules of entry and who is & who is not in. I am not in charge of this league nor do I want to be but someone needs to step up & figure this out but Rob should be in with Feschuk & Reed next on the waiting list. Are you in or out Mike?
I have long been out of this one, COZ. And the fact that it's a "private league" with returning owners getting right of first refusal as was supposed to be the case for my Ultimate, really is not the top concern of the "powers that be". So you get what you get. Truthfully, this league and certain other private-style and invitational-like leagues should not even be listed in the contest lobby until a drop dead date for returning/invited owners has been set for guys to respond to or be offered spots one way or another. But this isn't currently the case, so inevitably people get boxed out and left on the sidelines when they shouldn't be while others get in because they were quicker on the draw and immediately pay their league entry fees. This is the obvious priority at this point the way things are set up and handled which sucks. And yeah, I'm sure I'll get shit for this post, what else is new every year?

Will the $1,000 Draft Champions 3 league now move to the contest lobby as "when League Fills"?

I got an email saying this would be the case. But I also see that we lost 2 more entries this morning and are now down to 5/15 filled. I think those 2 shifted to the $400 DC which just filled a league this morning. Is it realistic that we will get 10 more owners and fill this $1K DC? This is my only planned DC. I’m happy to wait if it can fill in the next 7-10 days, but if not, I probably look to move to the next $400 DC as well. Is there enough interest for one more $1K DC?

Yes, this has been moved to 4-hr WLF and is now in the lobby again. That should help a great deal.
