Not sure how anyone can argue that.

I'm very happy with this team. My plan going in was to target Trout for $50 or Yelich for $40-$43. When Trout went $51, I focused on Yelich who I was thrilled to get. My plan then was to pair him with Juan Soto for around $30 but when I had the chance to get Harper for only $33 I dove in. So I'm elated with the Yelich-Harper duo.

Overall, I think this team is much better than the one that finished one point out of second last year. LOVE my outfield. We'll see how it goes. Great auction and a lot of fun. Good luck to everyone.

I started with Trea Turner, Starling Marte and Gerrit Cole for a nice start. I knew I had to pound the power-hitters after getting Turner and Marte and hit it hard. We'll see if I have enough offense. In pitching, I just could never get that second closer to go with Chapman. It was amazing how the front-tier closers really didn't go for all that much ($14-$19), but man that final tier of players in line for saves now sure went high. I hate to have to do it, but FAAB will have to find my second set of saves this year unless Jordan Hicks lights it up in St. Louis.

All in all, a fun auction. We'll see if the players I targeted are good ones, but it was the second straight draft where I built around Trea Turner. Hopefully he comes through and stays healthy.

Good auction last night...my first draft of year as I start to get ready for NYC next week.

Todd Whitestone and I teamed up on this one........we like the team....OF is a little rough but hopefully other positions make up for it.
