Do you mean renewed? If so, yes. You can continually buy package discounts. I'm guessing that is what you meant by upgraded.

Let me try to be Jeffrey's interpreter... 
I believe he wants to know that if he bought two '3-packs' of DC's and buys one more, if he can be charged as if buying a 'nine-pack' instead of the larger three '3-pack' price.
