Just a heads up that last night was the night that some regulars, such as Yoan Moncada and Rhys Hoskins, and others gained eligibility at new positions.
Those new positions are not reflected on our rosters.

Yes, we get an email each morning on new players being added to the player pool and those who gain eligibility at new positions. These players are added each morning to the player pool and to your roster eligibility. I was going to guess which time they are added as being around 6 or 7 am ET, but maybe it's a little later than that. By Dan's account it was around 10 am ET.
