Greg:

Can't remember if NFBC extends the lineup deadline tomorrow? With the Red Sox "scheduled" at 10:05am for the Patriots Day game are we required to have everything set lineup wise by 10:00am. If so, hope this serves as a reminder to some to avoid any problems.

Correct, you must have your starting lineups set before the first day of the game, which tomorrow is 10 a.m. Happy Patriots Day to one and all!!
