Positions Eligibility in Baseball10s

The rules for the Baseball10s say
Players will be eligible at one position during the season and designated for that position before the season by SportsHub Games Network, Inc.. Should a player move to another primary position before the start of the season, SportsHub Games Network, Inc. reserves the right to give that player a second eligible position. No player will ever lose the eligibility originally designated by SportsHub Games Network, Inc., but a second position could be added if deemed necessary by SportsHub Games Network, Inc.. All decisions made by the SportsHub Games Network, Inc. commissioner regarding eligibility are final.
This suggests everyone will be assigned the position expected to play the most in 2020, with the ability to add a second position if the player appears to be playing another spot regularly.
In the draft room, some players eligible at multiple positions according to standard rules are listed at all of their positions (Bellinger, Bregman, G Torres are examples near the top of the rankings). Have these players already been awarded multiple-position eligibility?
