In the Queue section there is white space between the player's team and the X to remove the player from the Queue (i.e. the red rectangle). If it is difficult to have the "drag and drop" capability on multiple browsers, why not add two more buttons on the left of the player's name that allow an owner to either move the player to the top of the queue or to the bottom of the queue? You're already doing this but for one move at a time.
