A little while ago an owner in our 2-hr DC league (#1566) timed out but I don't think he was allotted the full two hours. I was waiting for the auto pick to kick in and it appeared it did with about 40-50 seconds to go. On this I could be wrong because the timer appearing on my phone isn't always 100% accurate and I have to continually refresh my screen, but if it was correct I am wondering if the timeout is kicking in at the top of the minute, not at the exact 2 hour mark.

Example: Someone picks at 12:00.45pm. The next owner should timeout at 2:00.45pm, not 2:00.00pm.

Obviously I can't say what you witnessed on your phone, but the timers are set to work as you described below. Must have just been some weird delay you saw or something.

Possibly. We had another timeout at 8:40pm EST and it ended exactly on 00 as I was checking against my phone time.

I have no idea if you have data on your end if it goes to the second to verify.
