Minor leaguers and FAAB?

Post by Philippe27 » Wed Jul 01, 2020 11:16 am

I don't know if this was adressed but will the players on the 60 man taxi squad but not included on the opening day 30-man rosters be treated as minor leaguers have been in past years? Not eligible for FAAB until they're added to the active roster unless they were drafted and then dropped?

Of course. There will be an active 30 man, then 28, then 26 roster that each team will submit and that will be the list of eligible players in each FAAB pool. The other players are like you say, minor leaguers playing at each team's location and ready to be called up when needed.
