Do the stats From tomorrow’s game count for the players you had active in your lineup in April, or does it count for who you have active this week?
Please break it down and explain.
Tomorrow’s suspended game.

It counts for players you had active in week 2. This has nothing to do with the NFBC but it's how stats are done by MLB.
Best example of this is Barry Bonds getting his first career hit on April 20th even though he was only called up May 30th: https://www.fangraphs.com/players/barry ... eason=1986

Re: Tomorrow’s suspended game.
To clarify, Hernandez is pitching the suspended game for Miami. I get credit for his stats if I had him in my lineup back in April, even if he is no longer on my team. Is that correct?

That is correct. This game was still the April 11th game and any player that was active on your NFBC rosters that day got stats yesterday.
