How To Claim Your NFBC Prize

Post by Tom Kessenich » Tue Oct 05, 2021 1:22 pm

Congratulations to all of our prize winners. All NFBC prizes are now on your accounts and every prize winner has received an email with instructions on how to claim your prize. A reminder that ALL prizes must be claimed even if you plan to keep your winnings on account. Here are the steps to claim your prize:

STEP ONE - Apply your prize to your account
You may complete your forms and verify your prize award status via the Internet. To do this, log on to your account at https://nfc.shgn.com using your email and password.

Click your account balance, which expands a menu.
Click Account Settings and then Claim Prize.
Depending on the amount of your prize, you may have to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and/or a W-9 (Ben-8 for Canadians) form. (If you are required to complete paperwork, you will see a red triangle. Click on the button to complete.)
Click CLAIM and your prize will be deposited to your account.

STEP TWO - Request a Payout
To request a payout, click your account balance which expands a menu.
Click the link to REQUEST PAYOUT. This will take you to your Wallet.
Enter the amount in which you'd like to withdraw
Select which method you'd like to use to receive your funds.
Click the blue Withdraw button and you're all done!

Note that if you've made a credit card deposit within the last 90 days, a withdrawal will first be processed back to the card as a refund up to the amount of the original deposit.

Just want to say kudos and thanks to you guys. In addition to running great contests, this is a really fast turnaround on league prizes.

Yes! I second what Mike says here. Great contests and never a doubt about payouts happening and never a doubt about payouts being quick. Thank you.
