I cannot believe you made this post before Mr. John Pausma did!!

Honestly, I'm glad it's gone away, too. Who needs it when half of the teams are making the playoffs anyway? Play Ball and now I don't have to worry about this debate after a great season is (almost) done. We're now all on the same page on what constitutes a full NFBC regular season.

Sorry to be pedantic but I assume there’s still a very small possibility that a makeup Game 162 could be played (for playoff determination) after the regular season end date. Given the expansion of playoff teams this gets a little bit likelier, although still rare.

If that were to occur, lineups should not change for any makeup game(s) after the typical regular season end date IMO.

They are ending the season on a Wednesday with the three extra days being added to the end of the season, so there wouldn't be an opportunity for that to happen. Our software only allows lineup changes on Mondays and Fridays, so even if that game were on a Thursday it wouldn't be possible. We're done with this; let this dead dog lie!!
