2022 NFBC Prizes Are Now On Your Player Accounts

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Fri Oct 07, 2022 1:29 pm

Congrats to all of the league and overall prize winners in 2022. Your hard work has paid off and now your winnings are on your Player Accounts.

NEW THIS YEAR: The money has been deposited directly into your Player Accounts this year. You no longer have to Claim Prizes as we now just put the money right into your account. If you have a W9 on file, you are good to go. If you win more than $600 net by season's end and don't have a W9 on file, you will be prompted to fill one out. That's it.

You will see the prize money in the upper right of your home page next to an icon of a person. Click on the icon and pull down to Request a Payout if you want money sent to you. You can ask for a check, but if you've made a payment to SportsHub Technologies in the last 90 days using a credit card, the system will put it on your credit card instead. Just realize that if you bought NFFC or NFBKC or NFHC teams within the last 90 days.

Also, you may want to keep some money on your Player Account to avoid credit card fees during the season. We will again charge a 2% fee if you use a credit card for purchases this year, so if you won money and you know you're playing again in 2023 just leave some money on account, use that for your entry fees and you'll actually be saving money.

Now enjoy the winnings and then get ready for some more leagues. The deadline to sign up for the NFBC Post-Season Contest is Tuesday morning before the Divisional Round games start. That one has a $150 entry and we'll pay the overall champion $15,000. We also have opened the 2023 draft room already and have $150 Draft Champions leagues available.

The full slate of 2023 NFBC contests will be available a few days after the World Series end. Then you can start to sign up for 2023 events and start planning for our 20th anniversary season. It's going to be a historic one, so enjoy. Congrats again and we can't wait to get rolling on 2023.

Hi Greg.
How are Qualifier prizes handled? Will it be via a code to use for next season?
Thanks.

Yes, Darik will set those up once we have the 2023 Registration open. He will send everyone an email with that code to secure your FREE teams and then you'll be good to go. Congrats to all those Qualifier winners.

Amazingly fast. Thank you! Best contests, best live events, best software and fastest payouts! The NFBC team is 1.01.

Well shit I don't know what we’re gonna piss & moan about in November & December now without the daily MB posts regarding mail-box updates looking for checks & without 8-hour DC timeouts which has gone the way of the dodo bird thankfully. But I'll try to find something.
