Shawn Johnson Wins 2022 NFBC Ultimate Auction & $40,000

After a three-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the NFBC Ultimate Auction League returned to Las Vegas on March 27th and we completed our 16th season of this event. In the end, it was Shawn Johnson who won the title and the $40,000 league prize. It was the first time that Shawn has won the Ultimate Auction League title as he became our 12th different champion in 16 years.

Shawn edged the same team he edged to win the Diamond Auction League title as he finished 8 points ahead of Andy Robinson/Eddie Gillis. Andy and Eddie won $20,000 for their runner-up finish, while Scott Fleming finished third to win $7,500.

Shawn was 10+ points out of first place with two months to go in the season and he was still in second place as late as September 25th. But he had a big final 10 days and cruised to the title. Amazing finish Shawn.
