NFBC Orphaned $250 Keeper League Teams Available For $150

We have seven current NFBC $250 Keeper Leagues that are returning this year and as expected we have some orphaned teams whose owners are giving them up for adoption!!! They have left the $100 deposit behind, so we are selling each of these teams for $150. It's first-come, first-served, so just email me at [email protected] if you want any of these teams.

Unfortunately, we currently have 13 orphaned teams and we'll need to find a new home for each of these to keep all seven Keeper Leagues rolling on time this year. The goal is to have every owner set their 5 Keepers by Tuesday, January 14th at 1 pm ET and then we'll begin the 4-Hour Extended drafts on Tuesday, January 28th starting at 1 pm ET. Each team can keep up to 5 players on their rosters before Draft Day and you can keep fewer than 5 players if you'd like.

Anyway, first order of business is to find new homes for these orphans. Again, email me if you have any interest and we'll transfer any of these teams to you for $150. Not a bad starting point with a chance to win $2,000 this year and for many years to come. Thanks all and good luck.

We have three teams available in League 34. Here's the first one and it has most of its draft picks (just missing a 5th round) and a few good late round hitters. The pitching staff definitely needs help. This team finished 11th in this league last year, so it has the 5th pick in the odd-numbered rounds, including Round 1. It also has potential keepers in Pete Crow-Armstrong in the 14th, Zack Gelof in the 17th, Jordan Westburg in the 19th and Mason Wynn in the 21st. It can be had for $150. Here you go:

Okay, this NFBC Keeper League team is going to need some work, but if you want to work the trade wire you could put together a great team. It has no draft picks at this point in the Top 10 rounds as this owner went for the title and then orphaned this team. However, you have several good trade assets to get some of those picks back. Plus, you have these keepers:

Yainer Diaz - 17th round
Michael Toglia - 20th round
Marcell Ozuna - 22nd round

This team is also in League 34 and finished 2nd last year, which means it has the 14th pick in odd-numbered rounds and the 2nd pick in even-numbered rounds. This team has all of its draft picks available and a solid roster to choose from for five keepers. Jose Ramirez at 14th overall, Ketel in the 4th, Bibee in the 26th, Clase in the 14th, Grayson in the 20th. Lots of good options here. This one can be had for $150 and should go quickly:

We have two orphaned teams in League 36, including this one that has all of its draft picks available and a nice foundation of keepers. You have Yainer Diaz in the 18th, Michael Toglia in the 20th, Elly De La Cruz in the 20th!!!, Luis Gil in the 20th and a lot more options. This team finished 7th in the final league standings and has the 9th pick in the First Round and all odd-numbered rounds. This one should go quickly:

This next team is also in League 36 and also has all of its draft picks available. This team finished last in 2024, so it has the No. 1 pick in 2025. Tatis is a possible 1st round keeper here, but it could turn out even better for you depending on the other keepers. Jackson Chourio in the 4th, Devin Williams in the 9th, Sal Perez in the 7th and a few other late round gems could make this a solid team to build on. Anyway, this one can be had for $150 as well. This orphaned team is in League 37 and is the only orphaned team from this league. It finished 14th last year, so it has the 2nd pick in Round 1 and all odd-numbered rounds after that. It also has all of its draft picks and some possible late round bargains. It will take some work, but it's doable. For $150, it's yours:

It will have the first pick in all odd-numbered rounds and thankfully has all of its draft picks in 2025. This one has a few pitching bargains in the later rounds, but it's definitely a full rebuild with all of its draft picks. It can be had for $150. Here's the roster:

This team has some good later round bargains, including Garrett Crochet in Round 26 and Felix Bautista in Round 25. This one should sell easily for $150:

This is another orphaned team from League 40. It finished 13th in 2024 and thus has the 3rd pick in the First Round and the 3rd pick in all odd-numbered rounds after that. It also has all of its draft picks for 2025. This foundation has a nice nucleus of Jackson Chourio in the 3rd, James Wood in the 25th, Mason Miller in the 13th, Junior Caminero in the 10th. This one will be easy to sell for $150:

The same owner as the team above is also abandoning this team in League 39. This one finished 11th in 2024 and thus has the 5th pick in Round 1 this year and the 5th pick in all odd-numbered rounds after that. It has all of its draft picks available. This one has some late round pitching keepers, but needs a full reboot on offense. Thankfully, it has all its draft picks to do that. Not a bad starter-up for $150 in this format:

This team is also in League 40 and finished 6th last year, which means it has the 10th pick in Round 1 and all odd-numbered rounds after that. It's an interesting team because it also has the 3rd pick in Round 1 because of an in-season trade, but it's missing its 2nd, 3rd and 4th round picks. You may need to be active in trading to get some of those picks back and maybe trading that second No. 1 would help. Anyway, Mookie Betts and Aaron Judge could both be kept in the 1st round, while Willy Adames (11th), Michael Toglia (20th) and Frankie Montas (25th) are some other keeper options. Interesting team here that can be had for $150:

The last orphaned team is also in League 40 and it finished 2nd last year, which means it has the 14th pick in Round 1 and all other odd-numbered rounds, but the 2nd pick in Round 2 and every other even-numbered round. It has most of its draft picks, but did trade Rounds 5 and 9 picks for lower-round picks. It has Gunnar Henderson, Juan Soto or Jose Ramirez to keep in the 1st with that 14th pick and you probably could trade either of the other two for a lower-round pick. There's some lower-round pitching and hitting options as well that can round out this team. This is a nice base and should sell for $150:
