The NFBC Guillotine leagues are survivor-style, 15-team, 34-round private leagues that pay the Top 3 in each league. Using a point scoring system, Guillotine teams start 23 players each week and the lowest scoring team after a 2-week period is "chopped"/eliminated from the contest with all 34 of that team's players going back into the player pool. One team is eliminated every two weeks until four teams are left for the money Championship Round.

The Guillotine leagues are one of the most interesting leagues we run and the NFBC is the only site that runs this contest format. You need to survive multi-week periods by not finishing last during that time period and then navigate a unique FAAB setup where the team that was cut that period loses all of its players into Free Agency. Navigate all of this and you could be battling for some nice league prizes in the final weeks of the season.
