Jason Duponte Wins 2025 NFBC Ultimate Auction & $40,000

Jason Duponte of Natick, Massachusetts won the 2025 NFBC Ultimate Auction League title and the $40,000, his second Ultimate Auction League title in the last two years. Jason also won this title in 2023 and he also finished second in this year's Diamond Auction League. He did all of this while going to most Red Sox games this year and becoming an Internet sensation for his Hawaiian shirts and antics at home games!!!
Jason's Sparky's Toy team finished with 107 points to win this title in a very close race. Jon Stadtmueller finished with 104 points and won $20,000 for his runner-up finish. Philippe Dussault's team finished with 100.5 points to finish in third place, while earning $7,500.
Jason built his championship team around Jackson Chourio at $33, Jackson Merrill at $25, Jhoan Duran at $19, Robbie Ray at $16 and Freddy Peralta at $17. He finished with 69 pitching points, which was the difference in this race.
Jason became our third multi-time Ultimate Auction League champion in the 19 years of this contest. He has now won this title twice. Other multi-time Ultimate Auction League champions are Jon Stadtmueller, who has won four titles, and David Longood, who won three titles.
