Jason Gill & Craig Enochs Win NFBC 2025 AL & NL Titles

The NFBC AL-Only and NL-Only Auction leagues have been a big part of the NFBC since we started the live events back in 2004. During our inaugural year, we only had the Main Event and $1250 AL-Only and $1250 NL-Only Auction leagues. Heck, Rotisserie Baseball started as an NL-only league with the Founding Fathers back in 1980.
So I continue to be happy that we can keep these leagues together, even if they have been Online the last four years. We continue to fill both leagues with dedicated players who love the single league-only competition. These auction leagues will likely continue to remain online going forward, but as long as we can keep them alive I'm happy with that. And I think our participants are happy with that option, too, since the leagues keep filling and are competitive each year.
We crowned two great champions this year as Jason Gill of Chicago, Illinois won the 2025 AL-Only Auction League and that $9,000 league prize, while Craig Enochs of Katy, Texas teamed up with his son Jared to win the 2025 NL-Only Auction League and that $9,000 league prize. Jason Gill has now won back-to-back NFBC AL-Only Auction League titles, to go along with his three NFBC NL-Only Auction League titles. Craig Enochs, on the other hand, won his first NFBC NL-Only Auction League title and he did it while managing this team once again with his son Jared.
Jason Gill has now won a total of five AL-only and NL-only league titles, tying him with Shawn Childs for the most single-league auction titles. He won the AL league title with 94.5 points, while Stephen Marshall finished second with 91 points and Alan Holmes finished third with 85 points. Stephen earned $3,500 for his runner-up finish, while Alan earned $2,000.
Jason also finished second in the NL, but nobody was going to catch Craig and Jared Enochs. They scored 114 out of a possible 120 points to win the title by 25.5 points. Jason finished second with 88.5 points, while Shawn Childs finished third with 81 points. Jason earned $3,500 for his runner-up finish, while Shawn earned $2,000.
Cost of entry for each league was $1,500 per team.
Great job everyone and we'll see you all Online next March for another year of these single-only leagues. Thanks.
