I have to admit I know next to nothing about this guy except his stats which look to translate to Johjima's numbers. Anyway upon hearing that he was signed by the Cubs, it made me think about how Harry Carey would have handled the name Fukudome. Priceless.

Watched him in the WBC in Anaheim and let me say that we as sober fun loving americans had a blast with his name, so as an old drunk crazy man I can only imagine what Harry would have done. LMAO

I can see it now, the person before takes the guy I want in round 1, I mutter something under my breath and Rex Weddle announces I take Kosuke Fukudome with my first pick.
