NFBC Magazine League II

Post by Greg Ambrosius » Mon Jan 14, 2008 4:58 am

Folks, it's time to set up a second NFBC Magazine League, with all of the results being published in our second baseball issue of Fantasy Sports Magazine. I'm looking for 15 dedicated NFBC owners who are already signed up for the NFBC main event and want to compete against the best in the business. We'll play the league out and I'll give a $500 credit to a 2009 NFBC Satellite League to the winner.

Okay, we'll draft on Thursday, Jan. 24th at 7 p.m. EST and we'll use KDS to determine the draft order. First 15 with the proper credentials get in. If you're a past NFBC Champion, that helps even more. Let's get it on as Draft Day is EXACTLY two months from tomorrow. Thanks all.

Greg,

I would like to be included if possible.
Baseball is a slow, boring, complex, cerebral game that doesn't lend itself to histrionics. You 'take in' a baseball game, something odd to say about a football or basketball game, with the clock running and the bodies flying.

Jeff I do want to give everyone a chance to be in this second one if they weren't in the first issue, so I'll put you, Chris Fleming and Jason Duponte on the standby list for now. You'll be first up if we don't get to 15, but it's good to get 15 new owners for exposure and for new ideas. Thanks Jeff and Jason.

Okay, to keep your spot you MUST e-mail me a KDS by Thursday at noon. Then we'll get the draft order picked, get the lineup to Geoff at MDC and send out invites to this league. We'll analyze the KDS too, so put some thought into it. Then you have a week to prepare. Sound good?

Send your KDS to [email protected].
