Dan,

Can't say I really blame you for leaving out:

Rich Harden

Jason Jennings

I don't anticipate seeing much of them in the box score's either.

I like your offense, ALOT. I think the team is very solid but will need a major contribution from Harden.

Both you guys as well as some others were very tough last night. I'm sure hoping the main event is easier. you guys didn't leave much and continually stole players I wanted or targeted usually just before I was going to take them. I think Bob and Terry H look tough. Jeff I like your team too. I didn't comment on your earlier sat team cause I didn't want to encourage you to do the same thing in this league. I thought that team was one of the best if not THE best team posted looking for feedback. I can say that now since this leagues done. I haven't had a chance to look at the teams closely yet, but I did see several teams that aren't going to be push overs. If this is any indication this year will be the toughest yet. You guys really did your homework.

Jeff,

Yup, that was a hell of a long draft! It seemed to follow MDC's ADP pretty closely for the 1st half of the draft. The 2nd half was a free for all. I can never make sense of post draft paper teams. Last year when we played together in the March 6th $500 Sat., I thought our offense would carry a pitching staff with lots of question marks. As it turned out our pitcher's carried our hitters! Go figure! I remember you came out of the gate fast in that league last year, faded, and just missed the money by a half point or so. (Late congrats on your league championship and 35th overall from last year though). I have no doubt you'll make some noise here. Best of all, we get to do this again next Saturday in the 'Super League'! Let's hope we both learned the lessons we needed to learn for that draft last night.

You're right about Harden, you might have mentioned AJ Burnett also. Having to depend on those guys, could turn this into a very looooooooong season. Best of luck next week.

DenverDan,

Did you take Corey Hart at 2.12 or 3.1?

I take it you took Weeks at 4.15 and then who at 5.1?

I'm just trying to piece it together as I have a draft tonight (even though I am picking at the other end at 14).

Thanks!!!

Thanks for the kind words Dave. No doubt it was a jungle. Im sure quite a few of us were cursing as players we wanted would disappear a few picks before we got to take them. Tough draft and im sure a tough battle ahead. Good luck.

Spartacus, I can honestly say that I am the BIGGEST pigeon when it comes to Rich Harden. I can safely say that my satellites ive done already have totally throw his ADP way off!! So in some ways ill be rooting hard for him to be successful for you! :)
