T -30 days...ARE YOU READY???

Post by 751542 » Wed Feb 13, 2008 1:01 pm

as of midnight tonite we are less than 30 days until the main event and alot less in sat. leagues and other krause sponsored events....if you are not prepared a fair warning...u better start doing your homework and fast!!! i for one know that the industries best fantasy baseball participant(shawn childs) could draft tomorrow and run circles around us(literally and figuratively)...i try to live by the motto" there is no such thing as an offseason" and with the competition getting stronger and the field getting deeper, by the second, winning the 100k is gonna get tougher and tougher. you better start calling in sick to work , putting the kids to bed earlier, shorten the walks with your dog, stop watching american idol!!!,stop making plans for valentines day, stop watching goofy fantasy baseball insight and misinformation on youtube, cut your cardio workouts down to an hour and start getting less sleep, these are just some examples how to save time to be more prepared....dont be left out in the cold!! for the EVENT is right around the corner...dont leave the draft wondering what bus(haney, childs, jupinka, gillis, hook, didonato, zaleski, kenyon, nolan, mclean)just blew by you!! hhhooooorrrraaahhhhhh!!! RT

RT Hope you are more prepared than you were in FB LOL. I should have taken you up your 200 point bet offer after the draft!! What does that equate to in baseball? We'll talk after the draft!

Ooops, sorry, I can't talk after the draft anymore. I've obviously hurt ChestNutSacks feelings. He thinks I'm stealing his unsolicited post draft analyzing market.

Today is February 15th. Exactly ONE MONTH from today is Draft Day!!!

Let me say that again: EXACTLY ONE MONTH FROM TODAY IS DRAFT DAY!!!

Now how cool is that? And as I look outside my window I see about four feet of snow piled up to the window. Weather forecast for one month from today: 85 degrees and ice-cold Corona's!! :D :D

See ya in a month and be READY. I have to ask: Do you have what it takes to win the $100,000 grand prize this year?

No, I don't. That's why I didn't enter the contest this year.

But I DO have what it takes to win the SUPER LEAGUE!!!!!!

Dan in NY. I met you briefly on Friday night last year in NY, I was in the AL 650 auction. Can't believe you went to Chicago. I was going to let you take a look at my cheatsheets. I hope I go up against you though.

I think I'm going to move to Montana so I have plenty of free time to get some research completed.....or sign up for a satellite with a Bozeman representative(are there any?) ;)

Rick, what DO you do in Montana? I know all about the outdoor stuff, but other than that......?

We drove on I-90, when we moved back to Florida from Washington. I was amazed at how the interstate lacked lights and guardrails......some of those mountain sides were a long way down! We had to drive 10-15 mph due to the mini blizzard AND inability to see the road  .

If you win the 100K, do you plan to reinvest in your state? :D
