CC'S Desperados Is The Week 10 Winner

We have our first repeat weekly winner in the NFBC. After winning the Week 7 title, CC's Desperados in Las Vegas League 4 has won the Week 10 title as well. By finishing first last week, CC's Desperados wins a Craig Biggio autographed triple frame photograph from Upper Deck Authenticated with a retail value of $200.
