I just woke up (3:37 am EST) and the Padres and Rockies game is in bottom of 21st inning.
If Lance is up watching, what's the over/under on beers consumed?

Going to 22 inning...checked box score...most amazing line in game (to me)in this 1 to 1 tie...
Who knocked in Colorado's only run?
Brad Hawpe 0 for 7 w/4 K's ...1 RBI

Can you believe that there was only 3 extra base hits and three runs scored in 22 innings???

I thought an ace was suppose to take some of the wear and tear off a bullpen. Peavy only pitched in 36% of his team's innings tonight. What a bum!

Padres fan getting home at 3 a.m., "Really honey, the game just ended!"
It was also getaway day, both teams have flights.
Think the home plate umpire will be a little grumpy tonight?
Not one starting pitcher used out of the bullpen.
Both catchers caught the whole game.

I watched the game from the 8th until it finished.
Felt lucky that my three guys went 6-20.

Just thinking about zinging the ball back to the pitcher every pitch for over 6 hours makes my arm sore.
...the "getaway day" has me betting vs. Maddux with no relief tonight.

I was amazed to wake up and see the game continuing as well.
650 pitches those catchers had to endure
