We have a link on the NFBC home page for our NFBC records through the years and I've forwarded the new data to STATS today for an update. It includes the 10 team categories, our overall champions and the Lifetime Standings leader through the first five years. I have listed the first place team in each category for all five years so that there is a comparison from one year to the next, so these aren't necessarily the top five all-time finishes in each category.
Surprisingly, no new records were set in 2008, as offensive production on the MLB level was down considerably from past seasons. However, in six of the 10 categories teams finished with the second best performance over the last five years.
Here's a look at the update and congrats to Chris Stevenson and Andrew Nolan as they remain the top team through all five years of the NFBC with overall finishes of 18th, 22nd 3rd, 31st and 52nd. Now that's consistency.

Greg,
With all do respect to myself and Chris, I think Quahogs, Steve Jupinka is now the 5-yr lifetime leader. Not by much, but I think the title is his for the off-season. I think we are in the two-hole, just moving the runners along. Congrats Steve. I am sure you would have prefered to be #1 on that other list this year!

Ahhh, I believe you are correct. I need to get STATS to combine the two of you on that list and to make some scoring changes as Buster found two computing mistakes in our Lifetime STandings. They have been forwarded to STATS and we'll update this list soon.
Mr. Stephen Jupinka is one of only two three-time league champs, joining Shawn Childs in that select group. He's had an amazing five-year run in the NFBC, finishing 10th overall, 18th, 35th, 54th and 2nd. Nice job Steve.
