Week 19 FAAB Bids

Each week, we'll showcase some of the top FAAB pickups in each league so that everyone can stay up to speed with some of the new acquisitions. Here's the going rate in each NFBC league for the most sought-after free agents:



Chicago League 1: vultures had the top two bids this week, paying $107 for Jayson Werth and $57 for Jorge Piedra. Cashin In paid $50 for Josh Phelps, while Big Mac Attack paid $42 for Bobby Madritsch and $33 for Noah Lowry. Other high bids were www.RotoRank.com paying $30 for Roy Halladay; Dixie Walkers paying $22 for John Olerud and www.RotoRank.com paying $20 for Michael Tucker.



Chicago League 2: Frank the Tank had the top bids, paying $36 apiece for Wilfredo Ledezma and Noah Lowry. Other high bids were Da Leaderboard paying $35 for Kevin Youkilis; $30 for J.J. Putz and $20 for Rodrigo Lopez.



Chicago League 3: What's the rumpus? had the high bid this week, paying $103 for Wilson Alvarez.



New York League 1: TOWNIES had the high bids, paying $50 apiece for Gregg Zaun and Terrmel Sledge. Other high bids were MotownPhilly paying $41 for Luis A. Gonzalez and $31 for Noah Lowry.



New York League 2: Crawdaddys had the high bid this week, paying $80 for Noah Lowry. Other high bids were JUNIOR's Seniors paying $28 apiece for Alex S. Gonzalez and Cellar Dwellers paying $23 for Kyle Lohse.



New York League 3: We Go Now paid $101 for Noah Lowry for this week’s high bid. Other high bids were Team Ross paying $34 for Kevin Youkilis and MGBS109 paying $27 for Roberto Alomar.



New York League 4: Go The Distance had the high bid, paying $251 for Matt Holliday. Meanwhile, We have Midas paid $75 for Dave Roberts, while Zachoko paid $52 for Bill Hall and PW Express paid $39 for Marlon Byrd and $38 for Kevin Youkilis. Other high bids were Team Cummings paying $35 for Mike Bacsik; Kings of Swing paying $33 for Todd Walker; Moneymaker paying $29 for Pete Munro and $24 for Dave Borkowski; Team Cummings paying $22 for Josh Fogg; CREATiVESPORTS Walton paying $21 for Bobby Madritsch and BARNSTORMERS paying $20 for Rodrigo Lopez.



New York League 5: DD Diamond Dawgz had the high bid, paying $77 for John Olerud. Other high bids were East Coast Schwag paying $47 for Kevin Youkilis and Team Fox paying $42 for Andy Pettitte.



Las Vegas League 1: OUT OF THE SHADOWS had the high bid, paying $101 for J.J. Putz. FOLLOW DA LEADER paid $88 for Noah Lowry and $58 for Rodrigo Lopez. Other high bids were PIGGY paying $26 for Jayson Werth and $21 for Bill Hall.



Las Vegas League 2: Hankerchiefs had the high bid, paying $145 for Jayson Werth. Meanwhile, Overpaid Greedy Bastards paid $56 for Roberto Alomar, while Kazu & Tre & 105K paid $39 for J.J. Putz and Tres Hombres paid $33 each for Quinton McCracken, B.J. Surhoff and Kevin Youkilis. Other high bids were Maroon & White paying $28 for Noah Lowry and $27 for Bob Howry and Captain Hook paying $21 for Eric Young.



Las Vegas League 3: Cheeseheads w/ attitude paid $81 for Tino Martinez for this week’s high bid. carpe dinero paid $56 for Luis Rivas, while Curt Flood Love paid $35 for Bill Hall. Other high bids were PezSox paying $31 apiece for Bobby Madritsch and Noah Lowry; Appleton Hays paying $28 for Chad Tracy; Cheeseheads w/ attitude paying $25 for Eric Young and Curt Flood Love paying $25 for Pete Munro.



Las Vegas League 4: FresnoFanatics had the high bid, paying $75 for Noah Lowry. Other high bids were Johnny Walker Reds paying $30 for Ben Broussard and Fort Lauderdale Tides paying $21 for Koyie Hill.



Las Vegas League 5: wemarriedshiksas paid $131 for Noah Lowry for this week’s high bid. Go Bears paid $50 for David Eckstein, while Team O'Connor paid $41 for Robb Quinlan. Other high bids were Crazy Zefurs paying $31 for Mike Bacsik; LB Big Richards paying $23 for Scott Spiezio and Team O'Connor paying $20 for Bill Hall.
