Team Name Changes

I'd like to see a rule prohibiting changing your team name once you have established it. The latest "Changer" is in Las Vegas 4, "The Talented Mr. Roto" (an industry guy with his own website. Listed as a sponsor at the bottom of the NFFC home page ) changing to "Phoning it in since June." Which is exactly what he's been doing. No Moves since mid-June, until the name change, and four DL players on his active roster.
