CLEARWATER, Fla. -- "There's a good chance he won't pitch Opening Day," Dubee said. "It's a very, very, very small shot, if at all. But saying that isn't saying he can't pitch the fourth game of the season and not miss a start."
Knowing Hamels has had elbow problems b4, threw an absurd amount of innings last year, complained of a sore elbow this spring, i don't expect him to pitch more than 150 innings this year. number looks like it will go to 125 next week if the bad news keeps up. HIGH risk with HIGH reward (or loss)
