If you have access to this info, I would suggest the Dodgers and Rockies could get that same information. It also says that he probably hasn't adjusted to a Major League breaking pitch. My take is this...Chad Tracy plays more games at 3B than Reynolds. C. Jackson plays 1B and Byrnes LF most of the time. But that's what this time of year is for...Good luck with Reynolds if you have him. I agree plenty of upside! i've also heard that tracy will take PT away from reynolds.

when a guy (Reynolds) K's every 2.7 at bats in the first half and then regresses to k'ing every 2.4 at bats in the 2nd half...that is not a good sign. his xbh also took a dive in the 2nd half.

think rob deer with a little more speed :D

All those of errors at 3b can cost him playing time.

Surprising how so many have forgotten about Tracy.

Whoop there it is...From Rotoworld...

Justin Upton and Mark Reynolds will not be in Arizona's Opening Day lineup against Rockies' right-hander Aaron Cook on Monday.

This is hardly an encouraging sign for Upton after a rough spring, but he and Reynolds are expected to be back in the lineup on Tuesday. "I talked early on this spring about getting some left-handed bats in against some of the tougher right-handed pitchers in the league," Manager Bob Melvin said, "and [Cook] profiles out as that." Eric Byrnes (who is not a lefty, but has had success against Cook) will start in right, with Tony Clark getting the start at first, moving Chad Tracy over to third.

I thought Tracy might play some third i didn't think he'd play the opening game there! Hold on Reynolds owners you are in for a ride!!!

Regardless of his propensity to strike out, his horrible defense, his benching on opening day, he is the team's top run producer. He is a full time player. I wish everyone knew this would happen on opening day when I was drafting, I might get him in the 18th round.

He is not on any of my teams but you gotta like his power potential. He had almost as many homers and rbi's by the all-star break as Stephen Drew in 611 at-bats last year.

umm, so a power hitting (one trick pony I believe he was called) had better power stats than a SS. How does this make him good? He can't even start against Cook. It's not like Billingsley or Vazquez is pitching. He's sitting him against a pitcher who can't even strike out 100 batters in a season!

"Reynolds will not be in the D-Backs' Opening Day lineup, the Arizona Republic reports. Chad Tracy will start at third base with Tony Clark getting the nod at first."

Any Reynold's owners out there putting him on their bench for the coming week?

I stand corrected..Reynolds will outperform all third basemen this year! Too bad for me the rest of my team sucked.
