As an owner with Nady on 2 of my 3 teams, I thought you guys did a fantastic job on supporting him getting moved out in the middle of Friday.
Since the Yankees didn't follow the normal mechanism, it was quite stressful to not be able to switch him out before I had to go to work.
At work I wasn't able to get to the NFBC site (blocked), but Tom and Greg were on the case - first they emailed everyone so they knew he could be changed, they included their personal phone and email so that people like me could get in touch. Then they not only moved Nady for me based on my VM, but also sent a confirmation email.
