Took a line drive off the shoulder. Did not look pretty.

Cole could have been posturing tough, but he looked OK after being hit. "Contusion" is being thrown around...I'd guess bruise to deep bruise.
He didn't wince or baby it as he went to the locker room...he just walked like normal.
