Took a line drive off the shoulder. Did not look pretty.

Cole could have been posturing tough, but he looked OK after being hit. He bent over on the initial impact and rested his hands on his knees-like...but looked to want to stay in, and they pulled him to be safe. "Contusion" is being thrown around...I'd guess bruise to deep bruise.
He didn't wince or baby it as he went to the locker room...he just walked like normal.
